Front Lawn Opt in Form

Dear Members of Lee’s Crossing Homeowners Association, 

I HOPE THIS LETTER FINDS YOU WELL. AS WE ENTER THE SPRING SEASON, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS WOULD LIKE TO PROPOSE FRONT LAWN SERVICE FOR THOSE IN THE COMMUNITY THAT ARE CURRENT ON THEIR ASSOCIATION DUES AND WHO WISH TO SIGN UP.
THE PROPOSED LAWN SERVICE WILL BE AT NO ADDITIONAL COST TO YOU AND WILL INCLUDE REGULAR MOWING, EDGING, AND AIR BLOWING OF YOUR FRONT LAWN ONLY. WE BELIEVE THAT THIS SERVICE WILL GREATLY IMPROVE THE APPEARANCE OF OUR COMMUNITY AND MAKE IT MORE ENJOYABLE FOR ALL RESIDENTS. THIS PROPOSED SERVICE WILL BE SUBJECT TO A YEARLY REVIEW SINCE IT IS NOT AN AMENITY OF OUR BYLAWS AND WILL DEPEND ON INTEREST AND BUDGET CONSTRAINTS. HOWEVER, BEFORE WE MOVE FORWARD WITH THIS SERVICE FOR 2023, WE WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE IT IF YOU COULD TAKE THE TIME TO REVIEW THE PROPOSAL AND PROVIDE YOUR REPLY TO APPROVE OR DECLINE THIS SERVICE FOR YOUR PROPERTY. YOUR OPINION MATTERS TO US, AND WE WANT TO ENSURE THAT WE ARE MEETING THE NEEDS AND EXPECTATIONS OF ALL MEMBERS.
